Horse Riding –
Equestrian Club Karlo

Just a few steps from Hotel Frost you will find the KK Karlo Equestrian Club, where guests can enjoy unforgettable horse riding experiences in the beautiful countryside above Maribor.

Friendly horses such as Bella, Mickey, Bambi, Bailey, Candy, April, Murphy and Ali are waiting to welcome you. Horse riding is suitable for beginners, couples and families who want to explore nature from a unique perspective.

Educational Nature Trail

At the beginning of the path leading up the last part of Meljski hill, an educational trail awaits you on our property. Here visitors can learn about the history of the area, the local ecosystem and the wildlife that has lived alongside our farm for decades.

Beautiful Views & Nature

The stunning views from the superior rooms invite guests to explore the surrounding nature. The area offers many possibilities for outdoor activities including walks, hiking and discovering nearby landmarks such as Piramida hill and Pohorje mountain.

Electric Bike Rental & Wine Road

Guests can also explore the beautiful surroundings of Maribor by electric bicycle. Cycling routes lead through vineyards along the famous wine road, where visitors can stop at local winemakers and enjoy authentic Slovenian wine experiences.
